Lydia Breighner, LMT, E

 Lydia has been a practicing massage therapist since 2005.  She attended the Virginia School of Massage in Charlottesville, VA and later became an esthetician in Charlotte, NC (2013).  With Lydia’s intuitive touch, she helps clients relax and reset by providing a safe, professional and healing environment.  By utilizing many different modalities and techniques, Lydia is able to customize each massage or skin care service according to the clients’ needs, ensuring that each individual is left feeling revitalized.  She seeks to educate her clients and promote a healthy body, mind and spirit. 

When she is not at Flōt Nōla, Lydia enjoys spending time with family and friends, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and creating beautiful art.  

cecil roebuck, LMT

For over 25 years Cecil has been practicing and teaching massage therapy.  He attended the Reese Institute of Massage in Orlando, FL and later studied Shiatsu, Neuromuscular and Sports techniques.   Cecil became so involved with sports massage that he attended the Olympics on 3 different occasions to work with the athletes of the tennis venues. He enjoys helping clients resolve pain and imbalance issues through various massage techniques. His clinical approach to bodywork is an advantage to any client, especially with his extensive medical background and knowledge in anatomy and physiology.

Cecil also has a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and a M.S. in Pediatric Clinical Perfusion from Drexel University.  He also founded the International Therapeutic Floatation Conference and T.I.F.T.A (The International Floatation Therapy Association), a non-profit group that advocates anyone who is involved with floatation therapy.
